Hello BBBB Friends:
School’s out, vacations are underway and the summer slow-down has begun…maybe. There was a nice selection of new inventory this week and buyers that burned out over spring bidding wars may pop back into the market to take advantage. With regard to homes that are Still on My List, I have a few price changes, new contracts, and final sales to report so be sure to scroll down below featured properties.
THIS WEEK IN THE HEIGHTS
The virtual format continues at the Houston Heights Association Monthly Meeting and this week they are going to the dogs. Featured guests include Stephanie Benette, media personality and dog trainer who will speak on “Believe in Dog Training”, and, Salese Zeman from Friends for Life will also be on hand to tell us “3 things you don’t know about your pet (that your pet wishes you knew!)”. Bring your canine companions with you to the Zoom meeting! Doggy door prizes will be awarded at the end of the meeting. Monday, 6/14, from 6:30-8:00 pm. Click here for the details.
Also, of note, it’s Junk Waste month and pickup is this Wednesday. Junk is defined as furniture, appliances, and other bulky material. You can discard tree waste as well but it will not be recycled.
Let’s go look at houses and talk about selling yours!!!
