Hello BBBB Friends:
This week I’m featuring 7 new listings ranging from original bungalows to bungalows on steroids to recent construction. I also have a few price reductions, new contracts, and final sales to report for homes that are Still on My List. Keep scrolling down to see these changes.
THIS WEEK IN THE HEIGHTS
“Houston Restaurant Weeks” is back! Heights restaurants participating include Alice Blue, BB’s Tex Orleans, Coltevare, Common Bond, Dak & Bop, Fegen’s, Hando, Harold’s, Maison Pucha, Mastrantos, Revival Market, and Studewood Grill. Participating restaurants serve prix fixe menus at set price points – $35 or $49 for dinner, $20 for lunch or brunch – and donate between $1-$5 per meal sold to the Houston Food Bank. As with last year, many participants are also offering to-go options. The event continues through Labor Day weekend.
Tomorrow, July 9th, the Heights Association monthly meeting will be live and in-person for the first time since lock-down last year. Refreshments and fellowship start at 6:30 PM and the meeting will begin at 7 PM. This month the Exec. Dir. of TWRC Wildlife Center, Mary Warwick, will be on hand to talk about wildlife animals that thrive in the Heights. Located at the Firehouse at 107 W 12th St.
Heads up, it will be another hot day on the open house trail and masks are back in fashion! Be sure to keep yours handy if you are venturing out today.😷
Let’s go look at houses and talk about selling yours!!!

The sister home at 813 Nicholson just sold in April after 17 days on market. A key difference is that this home has an elevator installed. The second-floor balcony provides a birds-eye view of the Hike and Bike Trail which runs directly in front of the home.
