Hello BBBB Friends:
For the second week in a row, listing activity was robust, however, this week’s new contract activity was also quite good given a large swath of the Heights did not have power early in the week due to Hurricane Nicholas. I am featuring 5 new listings today. To see price changes and status updates on homes that are Still on My List, keep scrolling down!
HEADS UP
This is probably a good week to remind folks that price is not a primary consideration when choosing featured listings. Price is negotiable and the starting price may be high or low when listed. The market will determine the correct pricing. I am selecting properties to provide a variety of home styles, price points, and neighborhoods.
UPCOMING HEIGHTS EVENT 🚴
If you missed the Houston Heights Association (HHA) Annual Bicycle Rally & Scavenger Hunt held over Memorial Day weekend, you have another chance! HHA is hosting an Encore Event in just 2 weeks. The event will be held as a 2-day event, Oct 2-3. Take the course at your own pace. The scavenger hunt will end at 5 pm on Sunday. Both 5-mile and 15-mile routes will be offered. This is a really fun event for adults and kids! Click HERE for more details.
Have a great week and,
Let’s go look at houses or talk about selling yours!!!
