Becky's Best Bungalow Bets for Oct 31, 2021: Top 4 + Pumpkin Picks and Tips

Hello BBBB Friends:

It will be a gorgeous day for house hunting and trick or treating! Be careful out there!

Today I am featuring 4 new listings, To see price changes and status updates on homes that are Still on My List, keep scrolling down!

PERFECT PUMPKIN POINTERS

As we see how artfully our neighbors are arranging their pumpkins so far this Autumn, we thought we’d share a few tips on how to ensure your pumpkins stay picture-perfect from now through Thanksgiving with the right kind of care.

๐ŸŽƒ When picking your pumpkin, check thoroughly that it has no bruises or pinholes.

โœ‹ Stems are not handles. They break off easily and speed the deterioration process.

๐Ÿงป Keep your pumpkins dry! Especially if they are touching. This will ensure they don’t begin to rot prematurely.

๐Ÿ”Ž Check your pumpkins frequently, discarding any showing signs of rot since it will spread to your others easily.

๐Ÿ› If you see a pinhole in your pumpkin, that may mean burrowing critters are getting inside. Paint it shut with clear nail polish.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Protect both your pumpkin and your porch with a piece of cardboard underneath. While you may enjoy seeing the pumpkin throughout the season, you certainly don’t want a stain to linger year-round.

Head to Facebook to watch my video: https://fb.watch/8SQxBW11sr/ and share your own tips for preserving them!

Have a great week and,

Letโ€™s go look at houses or talk about selling yours!!!
