Becky's Best Bungalow Bets for Oct 30, 2022: 4 New + Heights Halloween Survival Guide

Hello BBBB Friends:

It was another snoozer of a week for real estate in the Heights. There are only so many ways to say inventory is low and buyers are hanging out on the fence. However, I do have four new listings to share today. And don’t forget, there are plenty of properties Still on My List!

I love Halloween, but If you are new to the Heights, Halloween can be traumatic. The Heights is a destination for trick-or-treaters from all over the city. We have a reputation for being a safe and easy place to make a big haul of candy. For my new BBBB’ers, here is my ‘go-to’ list for surviving and thriving Halloween in the Heights.

Have a great week!

Becky

540 W 26th St #A
Presented by 5th Stream Realty

540 W 26th St #A: $985,000

  • Houston Heights
  • Greek Revival inspired with front-loading garage, c. 2020, by Titan Homes
  • 3/3/1, 3191 sq ft on 3275 sq ft lot
  • High-end finishes and gorgeous trim work
  • Chef’s kitchen with Thermador appliances

  • Covered terrace off the game room
  • ELEVATOR
  • Covered brick terrace and manicured greenspace with pool potential

This home may look familiar. It sold in August after only 2 days on market at 107% of the then-list price of $900,000. There were multiple offers. In theory, lacking other options, those buyers should still be in the market. PS- I still think it’s a great lock-and-leave home with first-floor living and an elevator.
