Hello BBBB Friends:
I love Halloween, but if you are new to the Heights, Halloween can be traumatic. The Heights is a destination for trick-or-treaters from all over the city. We have a reputation for being a safe and easy place to make a giant candy haul. This week, the weather is forecast to be cloudy and cool on Tuesday. Perfect trick-or-treating weather. In some bustling parts of the Heights, candy seems to disappear faster than ghosts in the night. So, here’s a little tip: When your candy stash runs low, consider locking the door, extinguishing the lights, and immersing yourself in a good book with a tiny flashlight — a Halloween tradition for the ages!
Today, I am featuring four new listings. Also, keep scrolling down to see price reductions, new contracts, and final sales for those homes that are Still on My List.
Have a great week, and,
Let’s look at houses or talk about selling yours!

Southern folklore holds that a painted porch ceiling (blue or blue/green) wards off evil spirits and/or deters insects and birds from making nests. Back in the day, when one of the ingredients in paint was lye, it may have been more effective for the latter. Now I think it’s just a nice tradition.
