Hello BBBB Friends:
October is here, and with it, a glimpse into the latest real estate happenings in the Heights. This week, we observed a somewhat quieter pace with only 5 new home contracts, while the listing scene held steady at 13 new properties, marking the third consecutive week at this count. Out of these 13, I’ve handpicked 6 to preview today. As always, keep scrolling down to see status changes, including price changes, new contracts, and final sales for homes that are Still on My List!
