Hello BBBB Friends:
So today is my favorite day of the year when our clocks move back an hour. I will savor this extra hour all day. However, I’m not as keen on losing the additional daylight hours for showing homes!
Today, I am featuring four new listings. Also, keep scrolling down to see price reductions, new contracts, and final sales for those homes that are Still on My List.
HEIGHTS HOLIDAY EVENTS FOR YOUR CALENDAR
HEIGHTS HOLIDAY HOME TOUR– After a 3-year hiatus, the Heights Holiday Home Tour is back! (Note: last year’s tour was a neighborhood walking tour; this year, you can walk through the houses!) The 5 selected homes are located fairly close together but I’m told there will be shuttle busses available. DATES: December 1 from 6-9 pm and December 2 from 3-9 pm. Tickets are available online for $30 each. Sponsored by the Houston Heights Association.
LIGHTS IN THE HEIGHTS- This year’s event will be held December 9th from 6-9 pm. Omar and Highland will be illuminated this year, and these streets will be closed from Studewood to Beauchamp from 5-9 PM. Note that this is a neighborhood event; it is not widely publicized to keep the crowd manageable. Sponsored by the Woodland Heights Civic Association.
Have a great week, and,
Let’s look at houses or talk about selling yours!
