BY THE NUMBERS FOR OCTOBER 2023

  • The median selling price for a single-family home in the Heights reached $764,950, reflecting a 17.7% increase compared to the previous year.  The average sales price for October was $917,312, a 27.1% increase over the prior year.
  • Homes are now taking longer to find buyers, with an average time on the market of 51 days, which is 25% longer than this period last year. However, the median time on the market stands at 28 days, only 12% longer than Oct 2022. 
  • The median list-to-sale price ratio remains consistently strong, ranging between 99% and 100%.
