Hello BBBB Friends:
An influx of new listings made for an exceptional week, resulting in the Heights area achieving three months of inventory on hand. This is an improvement, but we still have a long way to go to hit a balanced market. I have selected the six new listings that I found most interesting to feature for you today. I also have a number of price reductions, new contracts, and final sales for homes that are Still on My List, so be sure to keep scrolling down!
