Hello BBBB Friends:
This week we played a zero-sum game with the number of new listings being balanced out by new contracts, however, there were a number of great listings making the decision of what to feature today very difficult. I’ve opted to give you variety of price points, neighborhoods and home styles. Be sure to keep scrolling down for price improvements, new contracts and final sales for those homes that are Still on My List.
TRUE NORTH 2022
The latest installation of public art on the Heights Boulevard esplanade, True North 2022, has been completed and will remain in place until December. The 8 unique sculptures are the work of distinguished Texas artists and are large enough to be seen by passing vehicles with intricate elements that can be enjoyed up close. The exhibition, True North takes its name from the compass bearing of Heights Boulevard. If you take a fancy to any of the art pieces, you can actually purchase one after the exhibition closes and 20% of the sales price will go back into the budget to help fund future exhibitions.
Have a great week and,
Let’s go look at houses or talk about selling yours!!!
