Hello BBBB Friends:
Despite the rainy forecast for today, there are over 40 open houses this afternoon, providing a great opportunity to explore new properties. This week saw a predictable post-Spring Break surge in new listings, and I have selected five to feature today. For price changes, new contracts, and final sales for homes keep scrolling down.

The full-height partition wall in the living and dining rooms solves the issue of where to place a TV in smaller spaces. It creates a clear separation between the two areas, with the living room side designated for the TV and the dining room side for displaying artwork. Although it deviates from the open-concept design, it enhances the functionality of the living space.
