Hello BBBB Friends:
The Heights area of Houston has seen a dramatic transformation over the past few years. Once not considered a luxury neighborhood, it now boasts a significant number of high-end properties. As of today, 30% of all active single-family home listings are priced over $1 million, with 7% exceeding the $2 million mark. This week, I’m featuring five stunning homes, from historic architecture to modern design, each priced in the top tier for the neighborhood. Note that two of these properties are still under construction and offer the opportunity for some customization.
Additionally, I have a ton of updates on homes that are Still on My List, including price reductions, new contracts, and finalized sales. Be sure to keep scrolling down to discover which homes have shiny new price tags and which ones have found new owners.
Have a great week, and,
Let’s look at houses or talk about selling yours!
