Hello BBBB Friends:
Happy Father’s Day! Today I’m spotlighting an inclusive array of bungalows, offering something for everyone in terms of size and price point—from a charming and efficiently designed 865 sq ft home to a beautiful 3,800 sq ft “bungalow on steroids.” Additionally, I have updates on homes that are Still on My List including price reductions, new contracts, and finalized sales. Be sure to keep scrolling to discover new contracts and finalized sales.
BY THE NUMBERS – MAY 2024
The real estate market in the Heights area of Houston remained vibrant in May, with a notable 39% increase in available inventory compared to the same period last year. While sales experienced a slight year-over-year decrease of 1%, median sales prices saw an 8% reduction alongside a modest 1% drop in average sales prices. Impressively, 48% of sales in May happened within the first week of listing, achieving a list-to-sale price ratio of between 100% and 101%. Despite these dynamic shifts, the overall median sales price-to-list price ratio stood strong at 99%.
Have a great week, and,
Let’s look at houses or talk about selling yours!
