Hello BBBB Friends:
The needle for real estate activity in the Heights moved just slightly this week. With a limited number of new listings to choose from, I am pulling from the future and including two properties listed as Coming Soon in my Featured Listings. I also have a couple of price changes, new contracts, and final sales to report from among homes that are Still on My List so be sure to keep scrolling down to see all of the updates.
What is “Coming Soon”?
With such low inventory levels of homes for sale, buyers and agents are constantly on the lookout for what’s coming next. The “Coming Soon” status in HAR can help with this. Real estate agents can post listings that aren’t quite ready for prime time as “Coming Soon” for up to 21 days on HAR. During this time the home may not be shown. While listings in this status are not visible to the public on HAR (and may have a limited selection of images), agents can send their clients a link to view the listing online. Compass provides a viewing window into their own “Coming Soon” listings on Compass.com which is just one of the advantages to using Compass.com for your home search. Please LMK if you’d like to hear more about this or need help setting your own searches!
Let’s go look at houses or talk about selling yours!!!
