Welcome back and Happy New Year! Brrrr it’s cold! There are only 15 open houses in Heights* today and all have been open before, so today may be a good day to hang at home and recover from the holidays.

It has been over 10 years since the number of active single-family home (SFH) listings has been this low. Inventory is typically lowest at this time of the year, however, with only 136 listings, we are 88% below where we were on January 1, 2021. Preliminary numbers show SFH sales in the Heights* up 18% in 2021. More stats to come.
