Hello BBBB Friends:
As we eagerly anticipate the arrival of the Spring market, the real estate landscape in the Heights continues to hold steady at 3.1 months of inventory. Despite a consistent stream of new listings week after week, there’s collective anticipation for the surge in activity that typically accompanies the seasonal shift. Fingers crossed! 🤞
Today, I am featuring six new listings, including various price points, home styles, and Heights neighborhoods. As always, please keep scrolling down to see price reductions, new contracts, and final sales for homes that are Still on My List.
