Crawfish season is in full swing, and while harvests in April and May will produce larger, plumper specimens, the current smaller counterparts boast the same flavor, even if it does take more work to make a mouthful! You can find some of Houston’s finest crawfish joints in The Heights. My own top five in the Heights are:
