Hello BBBB Friends:
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! I took a little break myself, so today’s post is a bit of a catch-up. I’ve got a fantastic selection of new construction homes to share, each showcasing unique features and thoughtful design details. Also, remember to explore price reductions, new contracts, and final sales for homes that are Still on My List. Scroll down to see all of these changes.
2025 Design Trends: Subtle Style for Spec Homes
Design trends for 2025 are predicted to be about rich, moody color palettes, a focus on personal expression, and natural materials and textures. While interior design trends for custom homes are all about pushing boundaries and encouraging individuality, speculative homes face a different challenge: they need to appeal to a broad range of buyers. Instead of bold, trendy statements, you’ll see these influences subtly woven into the design—like painted cabinets or natural wood accents in kitchens and baths or deeper, moodier colors used thoughtfully in spaces like a home office. Check out the pictures for these new construction properties and see how these trends have been implemented.
Have a great week, and,
Let’s look at houses or talk about selling yours!
