Hello BBBB Friends:
The forecast for today calls for cool temperatures and no rain! Perfect weather for our Party in the Park with Santa. Check out the events section below for more information. We hope to see you there!
Meanwhile, the BIG news is that single-family home inventory spiked this week to its highest level since November of last year! There are currently 221 homes for sale in the Heights, bringing months of inventory on hand up to 2.7 months. This is over twice as many homes as were available in May, which was the lowest point in the past 10 years.1 While this is still considered a seller’s market, higher interest rates are keeping many buyers on the sidelines.
I am featuring 4 new listings today, a variety of recent construction homes. Don’t forget to keep scrolling down to see price changes, new contracts, and final sales for those homes that are Still on My List!
1HAR reports online only go back 10 years.
