Hello BBBB Friends:

There’s always something new in the real estate market, and this week is no exception. Be sure to keep scrolling down to access detailed updates on final and pending sales, as well as price reductions from homes that are “Still on My List.”** Among the highlights, I’m reporting on 12 final sales—now officially out of reach—ranging from $565K to $2.14M. Click HERE to see all of the changes! Plus, here I’m featuring 4 attractive new listings that you won’t want to miss. Let’s dive into the details!
Savor the Heights During Houston Restaurant Weeks!
If you’re a foodie or just love supporting a great cause, there’s no better time to explore the Heights than during Houston Restaurant Weeks, already in progress and continuing through September 2nd. Once a quiet area with few eateries, the Heights is now a foodie hotspot. This event is your chance to enjoy multi-course meals at top local restaurants like Field & Tides, Coltivare Pizza & Garden, and more—all while supporting the Houston Food Bank. Across the city, 421 restaurants are participating, with 25 of them located in the Heights. Every $1 spent helps provide 3 meals to those in need, making this the perfect time to indulge for a cause.
Have a great week, and,
Let’s look at houses or talk about selling yours!
