Hello BBBB Friends:
This past week has been a record-breaker, with 37 new listings hitting the market — the highest weekly tally we’ve seen since May 2022. It seems many homeowners took advantage of the Easter break to spruce up and list their homes. Meanwhile, our inventory levels are gently on the rise, currently sitting at 3.5 months. I took advantage of the bounty of new listings to feature 7 of the latest and most interesting listings in the Heights. I have an additional bonanza of price reductions, new contracts, and final sales for homes that are Still on My List, so keep scrolling down to see all of the changes.
Don’t forget—the Houston Heights Home Tour is just around the corner. It will happen next weekend on Saturday and Sunday, April 13th and 14th, from noon to 6:00 p.m. on both days. This year’s tour showcases six unique Heights residences: five charming bungalows and one modern, newly constructed contemporary home.
Have a great week, and,
Let’s look at houses or talk about selling yours!
