Hello BBBB Friends:
Welcome back to my weekly blog! I hope you all had a great week. As for me, I just returned from a refreshing vacation. However, it seems like the real estate market did not take a break as there were 48 new listings that popped up in the last two weeks. It was quite a task to pick the most interesting ones to showcase, but I’ve managed to narrow it down to seven. Additionally, I have a couple of exciting events to highlight. And be sure to keep scrolling down to see price reductions, new contracts, and final home sales for homes that are Still on My List. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered some technical difficulties, so the market update will have to be pushed back to next week. Nonetheless, let’s dive into these amazing listings and events!
UPCOMING EVENTS
05/03/23, Wednesday, 4:00 PM-5:00 PM, Webinar: “Mastering the Art of Property Tax Reductions: Tips & Tricks for Homeowners.” With HCAD’s recent property valuation increases, homeowners are feeling the squeeze. In this Webinar, Ray Holtzapple, property tax, tax protest, and former HCAD board member, will share valuable insights and strategies to help you navigate the complex process of reducing your property taxes. The meeting registration link will be posted here next week. We will also broadcast live on the Bayou City Life Facebook page.
05/11/23, Thursday, 5:30-8:30, Joystix Arcade Party. Come join us for an exciting Joystix Arcade Party hosted by Bayou City Life Group. Step back in time and relive your childhood memories with over 200 retro arcade and pinball games, along with foosball, air hockey, and darts, to keep you entertained. Located near Minute Maid Park, the night promises to be unforgettable. If games aren’t your thing, unwind with some refreshing drinks and savor delicious slices of pizza from nearby Frank’s Pizza in the cozy Eighteen Twenty Lounge. Stay tuned for more updates on the event as well as your personal email invitation, which will be sent out soon!
Let’s look at houses or talk about selling yours!
