Hello BBBB Friends:
Welcome back from the holidays! As expected, real estate activity was quiet these past few weeks; however, I am sharing a few interesting new listings that came onto the market over the holidays. And as always keep scrolling down so you don’t miss updates on homes that are “Still on My List”.
Just a heads up, single-family home inventory has dropped to 3.2 months, down from a high of 4.5 months in October. This seasonal dip is expected, as many sellers withdraw their listings during the holidays for convenience and to avoid adding unnecessary days on the market during a slow time. (“Months of inventory” refers to the time it would take to sell all current listings at the current sales pace if no new listings came on the market.)
January is typically quiet; however, we should soon see an uptick in new listings. While the high season truly kicks off in March, there will still be plenty of activity leading up to it. Stay tuned for more exciting properties and updates as we enter the new year.
Have a great week, and,
Let’s look at houses or talk about selling yours!
